How Do You Shape Financially?

Is this a question that you have been asking yourself: How will 2010 shape up financially for you?
Good question, have you found the answer? More then likely not. And what is more of a worry, do you realize that it is very nearly three years since the start of the credit crunch. The worst economic downturn since the war (1939-45).
What has happen to you and your family? Maybe, along with millions of others, you have cut your spending (which has caused business failures and high unemployment).
Did you lose you job yourself or are you about too: I have heard it said that more jobs and business fail on the way up out of recession then on the way down into one!
Credit crunches, recession, and the money world going down the tubes in generally create uncertainty and worry for all of us… well maybe not all of us; there are some who thrive!
The Greek word “metanoia” means change your mind and it is the Greek word that the Gospels use for repent.
What does this mean for you and where you are at now? Well you can sit on the porch and repent for your present state of affairs and cry into your beer or your can “change your mind.”
You can accept the change that has happen to you (or about too) and put it as an on-going central program for yourself… become self-critical but not negative and you will always continue to grow and engage with the world around you. People who accept a “change of mind” will always flourish inside of difficulties.
That is what I did and I found a way forward that is much better then my past. I lost my job and was without work for the first time in my life. (I stated work in 1957). I look around and found something that has changed my whole way of being: go take a look at my blog to learn more.
